We meet for a brief Skype call or Hangout to see if we’re a good fit. During the call, I will ask you about your business, budget and deadlines.

I’ll kick off our project by digging into data across the customer lifecycle, including feedback, heatmaps and analytics. I will also interview past, current and potential customers.
If we’re a good fit, we set up another call to discuss the scope of the project and establish the ideal outcome for your business.
✍🏽Writing & Edits
Once your new copy is written, I’ll send you a doc you can review and add comments to. We’ll jump on a call and do one round of live revisions together.
🤝We sign contracts
Once I know where you are now and the goal of our project, I will send over a proposal and quote along with a contract you can e-sign.
📈Testing & Optimization
We’ll set up an A/B test to monitor the results of your new copy. I will follow up with recommendations for revisions and we can discuss next steps.
